These little no-sew bunnies are lots of fun to make and are perfect to make as quick gifts! They are really addicting to make, so make a whole rainbow of bunnies if you want! The ears are made separately and crocheted onto the body as we crochet the body. The entire bunny is made in one continuous piece.

Ears: (Make 2)

In Main Color

Row 1: Ch 7. Hdc 4 times into the 2nd Ch from the hook. Hdc in the next st, Sc in the next 3 st. Sc into the next st, SlSt into that same st, Sc into that same st. Now we are working on the OTHER side of the chain, where we haven’t made any stitches yet. Sc in the next 4 st, Hdc in the next st, SlSt in the next 2 st.
Finish off, leaving a long tail for weaving in ends. Weave in ends and cut any excess yarn. Set the ears aside for now.

In the next round we will crochet the ears to the head.

Tail:

Use Stuffing

Take a small amount of stuffing that you use to stuff the toy. Roll this piece between your hands back and forth to create a snake shape as shown. After that, roll the stuffing in circular motions between your palms to form a ball with the stuffing as shown. After this, pin the ball onto the tail area of the bunny and secure it with hot glue.

  1. Popcorn stich, how do you do it ?

    1. It’s fairly easy. YouTube is your BFF in crocheting/knitting.

  2. I just got done making this bunny

  3. I love this little bun!
I decided to add in 4dc in two stitches after the last round to make a tail that matches the rest of the body (our bunnies has tails that are the same color as their bodies so I’m going with that approach) and I’m thrilled with the glow in the dark bun that is now completed
I’ll be making additional bunnies for each of our kids and can’t wait to give them out on Easter.
    Thank you!!!
