Elf stuck in the wreath

I finally made my elf and really happy with how he turned out. Great pattern, easy to follow. Recommend to anyone thinking about doing it. Thank you Olive. Any chance of a pattern for the top of his body?
I’ve only done one other wreath pattern of a grinch head and this was my second, so not a pro at this. I decided he is going in the Xmas table, so I attached him to a clock face and I will fill with chocolate. I’m thinking I can add different things each year.

Great pattern

I live in a retirement estate outside Glasgow and run a small craft club for the ladies and this elf has given everyone such a laugh. He was easy to crochet but I had to get my sister in law to help with the ring and tulle. I have attached a photo of our work. I hope you approve. We had to adapt the ring a little bit, but hopefully now have the right materials to follow your instructions. As I am the only person who crochets I have to do quite a few now as he is so popular. Thank for your pattern.

Very well written, was a true joy to read, easy to follow. I've been crocheting for over 60 years and have seen some very poorly written patterns, that's not the case here, yours was excellently done. Got my elf done in less than a day. Thank you
