Round 15: Sc around the entire avocado, going down the sides of the avocado, and stop once you’ve reached the first St you made in this Round 15. Make a SlSt to the first St in Round 15 to complete. If you’re making the first part of the avocado, finish off now, leaving a long tail for sewing. If you’re making the back part of the avocado, do NOT finish off. Instead, follow the next set of instructions.
Avocado Back:
In Dark Green
Using dark green yarn, complete steps from Round 1-15. However, do NOT finish off once completing Round 15.
Assembly:
In Dark Green
Align both avocado pieces together as shown, making sure the stitches line up (Pic 1). Inserting your hook into the BACK loop of the light green avocado, and BOTH loops of the dark green avocado, make a Sc (Pic 2-3). Continue this process around the entire avocado, making sure to add stuffing firmly before fully crocheting closed. Once done, finish off and weave in ends. Cut any excess yarn.
