4mm crochet hook, 4/Medium weight yarn in skin color, blue or pink, white, and yellow. 10mm safety eyes, tapestry needle, scissors, and stuffing.

We start by making the head, which leads into the body. They are one piece. Then we make the hair, halo, arms, legs, wings, and finally the candle!
Body:

Round 1: 6 Sc in Magic Ring (6)

Finish off and sew the halo together in a circle. Pin on as shown.
Arms: (Make 2)

Round 1: 6 Sc in Magic Ring (6)
Round 2: *Inc* all around (12)
Round 3-4: *Sc* all around (12)
Switch to White
Round 5-14: *Sc* all around (12)
Finish off and stuff. Set aside for now.
Legs: (Make 2)
In Skin Color
Round 1: 6 Sc in Magic Ring (6)
Round 2: *Inc, Sc* all around (9)
Round 3-5: *Sc* all around (9)
Finish off and set aside for now.
Skirt:
In White
Round 1: Ch 49. Sc in 2nd Ch from hook. Dc 2 in each of the next 2 st. Repeat *Sc in next st, Dc 2 in each of the next 2 st* down the ch.
Finish off and set aside.
Wings: (Make 2)
In White
Row 1: Ch 15. Sc in 2nd Ch from hook. Repeat *2 Dc in each of the next 2 st, Sc in next st* 4 times. *Inc* in next st (Pic 1) Now we are on the other side of the Ch. Sc in the next 13 st (Pic 2).
Row 2: Turn, Sc in the next 14 st (Pic 3) (14)
Row 3-5: Turn, Sc in the next 11 st (Pic 4) (10)
Finish off. Set aside for now.
Assembly:
Pin each piece on as shown. Sew everything on.
Candle:
In White
Round 1: 6 Sc in Magic Ring (6)
Round 2: *Inc* all around (12)
Round 3: In BLO, (Back Loop Only), *Sc* all around (12)
Round 4-10: In BOTH Loops, *Sc* all around (12)
Stuff now
Round 11: In BLO, *Dec* all around (6)
Finish off and add any additional stuffing. Sew closed.
Candle Light:
In Yellow
Round 1: Ch 4. Sc in 2nd Ch from hook. Dc in next st, Trc in last st. Finish off and sew to the top of the candle.
Assembly:
Pin the candle as shown and sew on.
Eyes:
In White
Line half of the eye as shown and weave in ends.
Nose:
In Skin Color
Insert the needle between the eyes as shown (Pic 1). Run the needle through this aea 2-3 times to make the nose (Pic 2-3).
