  1. your patterns are awesome. I just finished the chick in the egg. It was very easy to make. I love that its just about all one piece. If i may make a suggestion, instead of crocheting a separate piece to add to shell , when you crochet row 26, sc in blo for that row. then you can crochet your dc and sl st in that row .You’ll have your 36 its already there. Just work in reverse so your right side will be facing outwards. Of course you’ll do that after you finish the shell. Thank you for sharing your patterns for free. Crocheting is what’s keeping me calm with all the scary stuff going on right now. Stay safe and keep those patterns coming. Thank you and God Bless you. Happy Easter to all.

    1. Hi Mary, thank you so much for your comment! It’s very helpful and a very smart way of going about adding on the shell’s edge. I’ll have to give this a try in the future- I hope people find this helpful! Thank you so much again, I hope you have a great day Mary ❤️

    2. I actually would crochet a piece of shell on top of he’s head

      1. Awww that’s such an adorable idea, I wish I would have done that! It would look super cute with the shell askew on his head 😍

        1. Is this worked in a continuous round or is each round joined with a slip stitch into the first stitch at the end of every round?

  2. excuse me… Where is the egg shell instructions??

    1. Hi Olina! The eggshell is worked into the chick’s body, so you can find it under the “Head/Body” instructions starting after Round 25! Please feel free to let me know if I can help with anything else ❤️ Take care!

  3. is there an error in the # of stitches for the nose? there are 6 stitches in the magic circle then in row two you sc in each but the count says 8?

    1. Round 1: 6 Sc in magic circle (6)
Round 2: *Inc, Sc 2* all around (8)

  4. What does it mean to decrease two times in the same stitch?
    Thanjs

  5. Help! What do those feet instructions mean?

  6. Help! What do those feet instructions mean?
