Free Asian Food Amigurumi Crochet Bundle Sushi Rice Soy Sauce Fortune Cookie

Supplies:
• Yarn 4/Medium Weight Yarn in…
White, orange, pink, yellow, and black
•4mm Crochet Hook
•Tapestry needle
•Scissors
•Stuffing
•6mm safety eyes
•Black Embroidery Thread

These sushi pals will keep you company and remind you how delicious sushi is! If you love Asian food, these sushi pals are ready to be your next project! They’re quick and easy to make, and can be made in plenty of different colors. Let’s get started!

Rice:

In White

Round 1: 6 Sc into a Magic Ring (6)
Round 2: *Inc* all around (12)
Round 3: *Inc, Sc in the next st* all around (18)
Add the safety eyes into round 1, 3 stitches apart.
Round 4-13: *Sc* all around (18)
Round 14: *Dec, Sc in the next st* all around (12)
Stuff the piece firmly now.
Round 15: *Dec* all around (6)
Finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Pink/Yellow Top

In Pink or Yellow

Round 1: 6 Sc into a Magic Ring (6)
Round 2: *Inc* all around (12)
Round 3: *Inc, Sc in the next st* all around (18)
Round 4-10: *Sc* all around (18)
Round 11: *Dec, Sc in the next st* all around (12)
Round 12-13: *Sc* all around (12)
Round 14: *Dec* all around (6)
Round 15: *Sc* all around (6)
Finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Sew the remaining stitches closed. Pin onto the rice as shown and sew or hot glue on. Weave in ends. Cut any excess yarn.

Orange Top:

In Orange

Round 1: 6 Sc into a Magic Ring (6)
Round 2: *Inc* all around (12)
Round 3: *Inc, Sc in the next st* all around (18)
Round 4: Change to white. *Sc* all around (18)
Round 5-7: Change to orange. *Sc* all around (18)
Round 8: Change to white. *Sc* all around (18)
Round 9-10: Change to orange. *Sc* all around (18)
Round 11: *Dec, Sc in the next st* all around (12)
Round 12: Change to white. *Sc* all around (12)
Round 13: Change to orange. *sc* all around (12)
Round 14: *Dec* all around (6)
Round 15: SlSt in the next 4 st. Ch 3. Trc 2 times in the next st, Dc into that same st, SlSt into that same st.
SlSt in the next st, Ch 1, Trc 3 times into that same st, Dc in that same st, SlSt into that same st.
Finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Sew the remaining stitches closed. Pin onto the rice as shown and sew or hot glue on. Weave in ends. Cut any excess yarn.

Seaweed Wrapper:

In Black

Row 1: Ch 27. Sc in the 2nd Ch from the hook. Sc in the next 25 st (26)
Finish off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Pin the sea weed on as shown and sew or hot glue on. Once done, weave in ends and cut any excess yarn.

Smile:

In Black Embroidery

Insert needle into the middle area of the toy as shown (Pic 1) and pull needle out at the left of the toy’s eye as shown (Pic 1).

Reinsert needle into the middle of the toy (Pic 2) and pull needle out next to the toy’s right eye (Pic 2).

2.Reinsert needle into the middle of the toy as shown (Pic 3) and pull needle out nearby. Tie ends of thread into firm knots and bring knots inside the toy to hide. Cut any excess yarn.
